1wvushop.com offers FREE UPS/Priority Mail ground shipping on WVU Shop orders over $49! There will be ground shipping charges of $5.99 for all orders under $49 and $7.99 for orders under $20. We will be glad to air ship for you. After you add your WVU Shop items to the shopping cart, choose the method of shipping and the cart will automatically figure your shipping costs. All WVU Shop orders will be shipped within 24 hrs and normally will ship out the same day if the order is placed by noon or the following day if placed after 12:00 noon. If there is a back order we will notify you by email the expected delivery date. We ship from Parkersburg, WV, if you live in WV you should receive your WVU Shop order within one day under normal circumstances, delivery time is between 2-5 business days otherwise. Please note 2nd day air packages shipped Thursday will arrive Monday and Overnight packages shipped Friday will arrive Monday if you need a package delivered on Saturday by UPS Next Day Air you will need to select UPS Next Day Air Priority. If you need something shipped out the same day by next day air you should contact customer service by phone toll free at 877-shop-wvu. If you have an address considered a Rural Route Delivery your package may be delivered by USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS.

Sorry, our WVU Shop does not currently ship outside of the US unless you have an APO/FPO address. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska your order will be shipped by First Class US Mail and you should expect to receive it in 7-10 days. Free or reduced 3 day shipping does not apply.

Backordered or out-of-stock merchandise is labeled in a way so you know before you place an order. Occasionally our inventory is incorrect and a size or item will not be in-stock when we try to fill an order. If this happens we will inform you immediately so you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed with your WVU Shop order. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made to WVU Shop.

WVU Shop currently accepts the following forms of payment: Master Card, Visa, PayPal, Google Checkout and Discover.

WVU Shop Orders shipped to any address within the State of West Virginia will be charged 6% sales tax, the current State of West Virginia tax rate. WVU Shop Orders shipped to any address outside the State of West Virginia are not charged tax.

The correct way to enter an APO/FPO address is by using the three Military "States" and the two "City" equivalents:

The 3 Military "States":

AA, which stands for Armed Forces (the) Americas

AE, which stands for Armed Forces Europe
AP, which stands for Armed Forces Pacific
and the 2 "City" equivalents:

APO, which stands for Army Post Office

FPO, which stands for Fleet Post Office
Based on these components, a typical Military shipping address will look like this:

Here are some additional helpful hints to remember when entering your Military shipping information:

Make sure you use APO or FPO as the ship-to city.
Make sure you enter AA, AE, or AP as your shipping state.
Make sure you select USA as your country. Even if you are stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan your shipping address is a valid United States address. If you select a country such as Iraq the only shipping option you will have is Global Express Mail which is extremely expensive and will not get your order to you any faster than standard Priority Mail shipping.
UPS can not ship to APO / FPO addresses. If you use NY, CA, or FL as your ship-to state UPS delivery methods will be available for selection. These are invalid methods and we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail, however your order will take several extra days to process if you pick an invalid shipping method. The United States Postal Service is the only organization that can be used to ship to Military addresses.
Unfortunately, your package can only be tracked as far as the New York, California or Florida drop off point. After your package is transferred to US Military Mail it can not be tracked.

We do not publish a paper WVU Shop catalog. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our WVU Shop website feel free to call us at 1-877-SHOPWVU. We have many items in the store which are not listed on the WVU Shop website.

When you purchase a 1WVUShop Gift card you have the option to enter the Gift Card recipient's email address so they will recieve the Gift Card message via email automatically when the purchase is made. You also have the option to have the email sent only to you with an option of printing the Gift Card with the number needed ton use the gift card on checkout. There is not an option to have the 1WVUShop Gift Card physically mailed. It is all done electronically.
