When will my WVU Shop order be shipped?

offers FREE FedEx ground shipping on WVU Shop orders over $49! There
will be ground shipping charges of $5.99 for all orders $49 and
under. We will be glad to rush ship for you. After you add your
WVU Shop items to the shopping cart, choose the method of shipping
and the cart will automatically figure your shipping costs. All
WVU Shop orders will be shipped within 24 hrs and normally will
ship out the same day if the order is placed by noon or the following
day if placed after 12:00 noon. If there is a back order we will
notify you by email the expected delivery date. We ship from Parkersburg,
WV, if you live in WV you should receive your WVU Shop order within
one day under normal circumstances, delivery time is between 2-5
business days otherwise. Please note FedEx Home Delivery does deliver on Saturdays but not on Mondays,
2nd day air packages shipped Thursday will
arrive Monday and Overnight packages shipped Friday will arrive
Monday. If you need something shipped out the same day by next
day air you should contact customer service by phone toll free
at 877-shop-wvu. If you have a rural address in WV your package may be delivered by USPS Priority Mail
instead of FedEx.
What if I live out of the continental United
States? Does WVU Shop ship products outside the U.S.?
Sorry, our WVU Shop does not
currently ship outside of the US. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska there will be an additional charge of $25
added to your credit card for the extra shipping costs after the order is placed.
You will be notified by email before the charge is applied.
What Happens If an Item is Out of Stock or Back
Ordered at WVU Shop?
Unforeseen demand
or manufacturer delays occasionally result in WVU Shop items that
are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform
you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would
like us to proceed with your WVU Shop order. If back orders are
unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund
any payment made to WVU Shop.
